The Build Shop , LA’s First DIY (Do It Yourself) 3D print and laser cutting shop, is going to be making its mark in Santa Ana as they make their debut at The Roost. The Build Shop is a place where creative individuals can meet, dream and build just about anything that they could imagine.
The owner of The Build Shop said, “We are your friendly neighborhood hacker space, the fab lab around the corner, your local 3D print shop and tech hub, your private design firm, your personal factory, and your friends in the next tech revolution.”
The final tenant will be American Gastropub Knife & Glass, an urban beer garden and restaurant, run by the owners of Hidden House Coffee Roasters, Craig and Ben Briggs, which will also be located just a block away. The first of its kind in Santa Ana, Knife & Glass will run out of three re-purposed cargo containers, creating a hip, modern and vibrant environment for the guests of the beer garden. The location will feature 13 beer taps, wine and a rotating menu, incorporating food truck style foods, to tie in with the unique shipping container design.
Studio One Eleven, together with Core Holdings LLC, are proud to welcome each unique tenant to The Roost and to further establish a strong local identity in the emerging station district. We are excited to see all that The Roost will bring to the community of Santa Ana. Stay tuned for more information as we prepare for the Grand Opening within the next few months.
